Return Eligibility

  • The item is damaged, expired, or defective
  • The product is different from the description or photo

Note: Some items like fresh food, dairy, meat, or perishable goods cannot be returned unless they are damaged or expired at delivery time.

Return Timeframe

  • Report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Contact our support via phone, WhatsApp, or email
  • Provide order details and a photo (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Cash)
  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days
  • You may also choose a replacement or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 24 hours
  • Products without original packaging
  • Certain hygiene and personal care items
